CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC OPTIONS

• Farm is closed to the public, so your party will have private & exclusive access to the entire farm.
• Unlimited amount of people, however parking is limited to about 45 cars.
• Weekday: $299
• Weekend: $449
  

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC OPTIONS

• Designated area in the barn OR Pavilion, but your party will have access to the entire farm. 
• Maximum of 40 people including children & adults for inside barn space.
• Maximum of 75 people for outside pavilion space.
• Weekday: $199
• Weekend: $249
  
  

Payment

• Within 48 hours of booking request, you will receive an email confirming your selection OR if there are conflicts, the email will contain similar available date/times to choose from. 
• Upon confirming date/time, you will be emailed a 50% non-refundable deposit invoice from the Farm Quickbooks account that must be paid before the date/time is secured.  The balance will be due the day of the event.
